New Marbella harbor project

For four years, Marbella Town Hall, in collaboration with the investment company of Sheikh Abdullah Bin Nasser Al-Thani, who is also the new owner of the football club Malaga remodel the coastal zone and build a unique port in the form of a semicircle. The representative of Sheikh Al-Thani said that they planned to invest 400 million euros in the project, of which 84 million will be spent on reconstruction of the embankment.

It is expected that La Bajadilla port will be known and will become an obligatory stop for Mediterranean cruise schemes and Marbella destination of global tourism.
In the new port will be a five-star hotel with a grand suite, luxury shopping mall and underground parking complete the project by 1000 parking spaces. The project is to be completed by 2015.
